It was NOTHING!!

bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm

Assalamualaikum WBT...

Kemenangan (2-1) Chelsea kepada MU tidak akan menyebabkan Chelsea terus ke tangga teratas liga dan juga tidak sama sekali melayakkan mereka berangan-angan menjuarai EPL musim ini. Buktinya;

Namun kekalahan ini bukan bermakna kiamatnya dunia, perjuangan mesti diteruskan Glory Glory Man United!!

Ok jom layan perlawanan semalam dengan gambar-gambar dibawah ni.

Manchester Derby

Manchester United (2) vs (1) Manchester City
MU Goals - Nani (14), Rooney (78)
MC Goal - Silva (65)

Rooney: My greatest goal

Wayne Rooney described his winner in Saturday’s Manchester derby as the best goal he’s ever scored. With 78 minutes on the clock and the score locked at 1-1, Rooney launched himself into the air and acrobatically volleyed Nani’s cross into the top corner of the net.

Afterwards, Rooney was remarkably matter-of-fact about the goal when talking to the TV cameras, although he did concede he’d never scored a better one.

“Yeah, I think that’s my best one," he said. "I just tried to get into a good position for when Nani crossed the ball. I saw it come into the box and I thought, ‘Why not?’. So I tried it [an overhead kick] and thankfully it went into the top corner.

“Nine times out of 10 they go over the crossbar or wide, but thankfully today it went into the top corner. It’s instinctive. You don’t have time to think about what you’re going to do.”

Replays of Rooney’s strike will be broadcast around the world for weeks. Even Wayne seemed a little taken aback by its brilliance as he struggled to find the words to describe how he felt when it hit the back of the net.

“It’s indescribable,” he said. “When City equalised they started moving the ball a bit and making life difficult for us. But we knew it was important to keep going and try and win the game.

“When I scored the goal, I could see the joy in the crowd, the joy among the players, the manager, the players and all the staff. It was a fantastic moment.”

Rooney’s joy was as much for the team as it was for himself, though. After losing at Wolves last weekend, it was essential the Reds bounced back to winning ways.

“It was a massive game and we’re glad we came out on top,” Rooney said. “We knew we had to win today to keep us top of the league and maintain the gap [ahead of Arsenal and City].

“I think this almost certainly rules City out of the title race now, unless a disaster happens.
“We felt we owed the fans a good performance and three points. This keeps us on top of the league, so we’re thankful for that.”

Thanks for Everything Neville!

Neville retires

Gary Neville has retired from football after almost 20 years playing at Manchester United.

Gary signed for United in July 1991 and was part of the famous Class of ’92 that won the FA Youth Cup in 1992. He then became a first-team regular alongside his teammates from that side, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt, his brother Philip and David Beckham.

In his time at Old Trafford, Gary played 602 games and scored seven goals. He has won the Champions League, eight Premier League trophies, three FA Cups, two League Cups, the Intercontinental Cup and FIFA Club World Cup. He became club captain in 2005.

Gary won 85 caps for England between 1995 and 2007, playing in two World Cups (1998 and 2006) and three European Championships (1996, 2000 and 2004).

Neville, 36 this month, made the decision after much consideration. He said:

"I have been a Manchester United fan all my life and fulfilled every dream I've ever had. Obviously I am disappointed that my playing days are at an end, however it comes to us all, and it's knowing when that time is and for me that time is now. I have played in the most incredible football teams, playing with some of the best players in the world as well as against them and I have been lucky to have been part of the team's achievements and the club's great success."

Rooney is Back!!

Man United (3) vs (1) Aston Villa

Venue: Old Trafford (Home)
Date: 1 February 2011
Time: 4.00AM
Attendance: 75,256
Goals:
United (Rooney 1&45, Vidic 62)
Aston Villa (Bent 57)

Wayne Rooney scored twice as the Reds beat Aston Villa 3-1 and extended United’s unbeaten league run to 29 games, equalling a club record set in 1999.

Last season’s top scorer hasn’t had much joy in front of goal this season, but Rooney netted twice before the interval to set Sir Alex’s men on the road to victory once again.

The only surprise, given recent events, was that United didn’t come from behind and neither Javier Hernandez nor Dimitar Berbatov got on the scoresheet.

In fact, despite goals in United’s last two fixtures, the Mexican striker again had to settle for a spot on the bench as Sir Alex kept faith with his first-choice (if not always firing) strike partnership.

The decision paid immediate dividends, as Rooney rattled the back of the net inside a minute with a volley from just inside the penalty area. The goal owed as much to Edwin van der Sar’s quick thinking, though, as it did to Rooney’s deft first touch and subsequent piledriver finish.

GGMU!

Blackpool (2) vs (3) Man United

Venue: Bloomfield Road (Away)
Date: 25 January 2011
Time: 3.00am
Attendance: 15,574
Goals:
Blackpool (Cathcart 15, Campbell 43)
Man United (Berbatov 72&88, Hernandez 74)

United moved five points clear of the chasing pack in the Barclays Premier League title race, but this was a far from straightforward three points as the Reds had to come back from a two-goal deficit and a below-par performance for almost 70 minutes of this clash at Bloomfield Road.

TERBAKAR!

Al-salāmu 'alaykum | "Selamat sejahtera ke atas kamu semua"

Minta maaf sahabat-sahabat blogger semua lama tak update entri dalam EB's Wall ni. Dek kerana kesibukan untuk meningkatkan stamina maka terpaksalah saya membiarkan blog ini berehat seketika. Tapi bila didiamkan hati terasa rindulah pula, hati rasa tak berapa nak tenang dan selesa. Rindu pada sahabat-sahabat semua. Rindu nak blog walking. Rindu kamu semualah pendek kata.

Terbakar? Gua memang terbakar gila beb! Gua dah tak boleh tahan macam ni. Tapi.. Apa yang terbakar? Rumahkah yang terbakar? Orangkah yang terbakar? Hatikah yang terbakar? Hehehe.. semua pun bukan. Eh! pelik. Jadi apa yang terbakar sebenarnya?

Huu.. kulit saya ni yang terbakar. Terbakar bukan disebabkan terkena panasnya api tapi terkena pancaran matahari secara terus tanpa perlindungan UV ('tanpa pelindungan UV' cakap tu macam dalam iklan). Mat Salleh kata 'Sunburn(kenapa mereka ni digelar Mat Salleh ek?).

Okay..

Apa-apa pun "Play the ball not the Man". InshaAllah.

Tahniah Datuk!

Chong Wei Lakar Hatrik

Wang Shixian menewaskan Bae Youn Joo (Korea), Wang Xiaoli-Yu Yang menundukkan rakan senegara Cheng- Shu-Zhao Yunlei manakala Zhang Nan-Zhao Yunlei mengatasi Sudket Prapakamil-Saralee Thoungthongkam (Thailand).

p/s: Tahniah Datuk! Tahniah!

United vs Liverpool | FA CUP | UPDATED!

UPDATE!!
Man United (1) - (0) Liverpool
Ryan Giggs (penalty) 2
9 January 2011
Old Trafford
Attendance 74727

United are through to the FA Cup fourth round as a Ryan Giggs penalty after just two minutes ensured victory in an action-packed, end-to-end encounter with ten-man Liverpool.
Giggs’ spot-kick quelled Liverpool’s early optimism, while their own captain Steven Gerrard all but extinguished it with a reckless two-footed challenge on Michael Carrick that rightly earned him a red card after 32 minutes.
Liverpool – remarkably given their form and the turmoil on and off the pitch that has engulfed their season – arrived at Old Trafford on a wave of optimism. Roy Hodgson’s sacking and Kenny Dalglish's subsequent return to the club the day previously, ensured the 9,000 visiting fans had plenty to sing about before the match. But they would soon be silenced.

United vs Liverpool

MANCHESTER UNITED vs LIVERPOOL
Date: 09 January 2011
Time: 09.30pm
Veneu: Old Trafford

The Reds Devil
vs

The Reds

Liverpool FC confirmed today that manager Roy Hodgson has left the club by mutual consent.

Roy Hodgson said: "Being asked to manage Liverpool Football Club was a great privilege. Any manager would be honoured to manage a club with such an incredible history, such embedded tradition and such an amazing set of fans. Liverpool is one of the great clubs in world football. I have, however, found the last few months some of the most challenging of my career. I am very sad not to have been able to put my stamp on the squad, to be given the time to bring new players into the club in this transfer window and to have been able to be part of the rebuilding process at Liverpool. The club has some great, world-class players, with whom it has been a pleasure to work and I wish the entire squad well for the rest of the season. I thank those with whom I have built up a close working relationship at the club for their loyalty and support during very testing times, and finally of course to the Liverpool fans, your passion and dedication to the club will see Liverpool at the top of the game once more."

Roy Hodgson exits Liverpool & Kenny Dalglish takes over.
Hodgson, 63, won only seven of 20 Premier League games after taking over from Rafael Benitez in July 2010 and led the club to 12th in the table. Former player and manager Kenny Dalglish has been placed in charge until the end of the season.

Manchester United New Signing

Anders Lindegaard
Full name : Anders Rosenkrantz Lindegaard
Date of birth : 13 April 1984 (age 26)
Place of birth : Odense, Denmark
Height : 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m)

About Him;

Lindegaard started his career at Odense Boldklub. He made his UEFA competition debut on 30 July 2009, in a 4–3 win over Rabotnicki. During most of his time in Odense, he was kept out of the team by Arek Onyszko, and he had two loan spells at Kolding FC, where he remained undefeated in the ten league games he got for the team, after it had lost the first four games of the season, and Aalesunds FK, who he would later join permanently. When Onyszko was sacked by Odense in June 2009 due to him being convicted for assaulting his ex-wife, Lindegaard was seen as his replacement. However, the arrival of Roy Carroll at Odense two months later forced him to move on.

In 2009 he joined Norwegian club Aalesund on loan and later permanently. In 2009 he won the Norwegian Cup with Aalesunds FK. In 2010, Lindegaard was awarded Goalkeeper of the Year in both Norway and Denmark.

Manchester United

Since early November 2010, he was reported to have become a target of English club Manchester United. However, former United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel opined that Lindegaard was not yet ready for regular Premier League action. On 23 November 2010, it was reported that Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson expected to complete the signing of the player in the "next two or three weeks."

On 27 November 2010, Lindegaard joined Manchester United on a three-and-a-half year contract for an undisclosed fee. He trained with the first team throughout December, but he was unable to play for his new club until the transfer window re-opened on 1 January 2011. Lindegaard was officially registered with the Premier League on 6 January 2011, and assigned the #34 jersey.
